I went to Subway today to have the big hot pastrami, because I saw an ad in my paper of a huge sandwich and it looked so good! I am sure most of us have seen this ad. What can I say, I am sucker for a good pastrami sandwich.

After looking at the ad and seeing the commercials I decided to give it try. So my wife and I jumped in the truck and headed out to Subway. Now, I do like subway even though it’s a large fast food chain, and I go eat there from time to time. All I can say is that I was a bit disappointed in the sandwich I got. I should of known better then to think that I would receive a sandwich that looked anything like the ad or the commercials. I don’t know about you, but I am sick and tired of companies showing these ridiculous illusions of their products. I can understand some dramatization of their products, but come on!

This is what I got, pastrami with my bread and vegetables. There is no mound of hot pastrami! I was pretty disappointed after seeing the ad and then getting this sandwich. I know, I know, it got me in the door, but seriously. Is it just me or are these commercials and advertisements getting a bit crazy?

Here is the commercial and take a look at that sandwich! Oh! Mr. Big Hot Pastrami…. How retarded. The worst commercial!
